The national economic growth cannot be separated from the role played by the business actors in Indonesia whose number has reached more than 160.000 companies. The Indonesia Government has tried to extent facilities which enabled them to develop faster, so that it will result in the materialization "Indonesian Incorporate" where by the Indonesian business community is expected to be able to give the most substantial contribution in generating the national income.

PT. KOMPASS INDONESIA, one of the private companies has been partner of the Indonesian Government for more two decades in publishing the business directory, entitled "Standard Trade & Industry Directory of Indonesia". It is the directory which contains information of the business world of Indonesia presented in profile form, which may serve as business reference to the domestic and foreign business actors. The publication of such a directory is one of the effort to inform and simultaneously to promote the Indonesian business world, so that through this publication business cooperations can be improved and new cooperations in trade and investment as well can be created.
